John Moore
Charismatic leader, strategic visionary, innovative thinker, and authentic trendsetter, John Moore, is chosen and called by God to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. John has been preaching for more than 35 years since the tender age of three. As a native of Hampton, VA, he was featured in a local newspaper as “The Pint Size Preacher”.
He received his minister’s license in May 2002 and was later ordained in August 2007. He has served as a Youth Pastor and a Ministry Leader for those that attend college and are becoming productive adults. He also founded and pastored the Experience Church in Chesapeake, VA for five years. He has served as a pastor for 8 years. John served on the Pastoral Team at New Light Church in Houston, TX under the leadership of Apostle I.V. Hilliard. He is the coordinator for the late-night preaching experience at the Hampton University Ministers’ Conference that caters to thousands of attendees. John is unconditionally married to his lovely wife Kenya L. Moore, who is his partner in ministry.
This great man is an alumnus of Norfolk State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications. He attended the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University where he earned a Master of Divinity. He is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated.
